Michael Dutton

Michael Dutton was born on Nov. 5, 1962 to Leroy and Joyce Dutton in Leoti, KS.  He died in San Antonio, TX in Oct. 13, 2023. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He worked at Black and Veatch Engineering and Consulting Firm in Kansas City, MO and San Antionio, TX. He was a private consultant for many years.   Survivors include his parents, Joyce Suiter and Leroy Dutton; two sisters, Cheryl (Doug) Johnson, Dr. Jonelle Gaddis; three nephews, Christopher (Makenzie) Johnson, Braeden (Dana) Johnson, Christian Gaddis; a niece, Alexis (Matt) Lemke; Aunts and Uncles, George (Elaine) Miller, Chuck Fuller and the late Mary Ann Fuller, Lonn (Darlene) Poage, Wayne (Yolette) Miller, Rick (Janet) Hudson, Dennis (Deena) Dutton, Darrell and Carol Dutton (deceased) and many cousins.

Memorials may be given to the Wichita County High School Cross Country Program of Leoti, KS., and may be mailed to Cheryl Dutton Johnson at P.O. Box 179, Leoti, KS  67861. Private inurnment services will be held.
