Richard Lee Brown

Richard Lee Brown, age 61 passed away at his home on Feb. 26, 2025. He was a construction worker. He was born on Feb. 13, 1964 at Carollton, IL, the son of Kenneth Irving and Mabel Lorraine (Mellor) Brown. He was a hard-working, loving father of 8 kids. Richard enjoyed any type of woodworking, playing darts and was on a dart team when he was younger. His favorite band was Rush. He enjoyed cooking and was good at it. He loved his animals and always put others in front of himself. Survivors include his son, Richard Brown; five daughters, Krystal Brown, Amanda Risen, Madison Brown, Linda Pope; seven brothers, Lloyd, Ernie, Donald, Bobby, Scott, Brian, Tim, Larry and Kennth; eight sisters, Tina, Marla, Diane, Patricia, Cathy, Caroline, Rebecca and Kay; 21 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
