Vernon L. Fouse

Vernon L. Fouse, aged 69, passed away on Dec. 20, 2022 at Ascension Via Christi St. Francis Hospital, Wichita, KS.  Vernon was born on Nov. 17, 1953 at Larned, KS., the son of Myron E. and Esther E. (English) Fouse.  A resident of Kingman for 22 years.  He was a retired diesel pump technician and was a member of the National Rifle Association, Scouts of America and the Kingman County Historical Society.  On Mar. 21, 1981, he married Linda (Frisbie) at Kingman, KS., she survives of the home.  Other survivors include a son, Aaron (Emily Domebo) Fouse, Wichita, KS; a daughter Amy Fouse, Kingman, KS; a sister, Dr. Shirley J. (Dan Bishop) Fouse, DVM; a grandchild, Aiden Fouse.  He was preceded in death by a son, Adrian Steven Fouse and a sister, Sarah Fouse. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM, on Thursday, Dec. 29, 2022 at the Kingman Methodist Church, Kingman, KS, with Rev. Brad Kirk presiding.  Burial will be in the Hoosier Cemetery, Kingman, KS., at a later date. Memorials may be given to the Kingman County Historical Museum or Boy Scout Pack & Troop 807 all in care of Minnis Chapel, P.O. Box 34, St. John, KS  67576
